Place the items in their original Loveramics boxes and use protective padding to ensure the ceramics are not damaged during transit.

Ship the Package

Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, keeping a copy of your tracking information.

Quality Inspection & Refund

Once our warehouse receives and inspects the condition of the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
